Required Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC recognized institution.
Experience (Post qualification): Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Age (As of last date of submission of application): 45 years maximum
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including market segmentation, target setting, and sales tactics to achieve business objectives.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing national sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets through motivation, guidance, and training.
- Identify growth opportunities, including expanding into new geographic areas, customer segments, and distribution channels.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as real estate agencies, property developers, and referral partners to stimulate business growth.
- Continuously monitor and analyze the sales team’s performance against established KPIs and targets, addressing performance gaps with action plans.
- Stay current with mortgage industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills to effectively communicate mortgage products to clients.
- Drive innovation in sales processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in reaching and engaging target audiences.
- Develop and implement incentive programs to recognize and reward top-performing sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
- Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights from the field, contributing to the enhancement and customization of mortgage products based on market demands.
