VP/SVP National Sales Manager

Job Title: VP/SVP National Sales Manager

Corporate Title: VP/SVP National Sales Manager

Location: Karachi

Required Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC recognized institution.

Experience (Post qualification): Minimum 10 years of relevant experience

Age (As of last date of submission of application): 45 years maximum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, including market segmentation, target setting, and sales tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing national sales team, ensuring they meet or exceed sales targets through motivation, guidance, and training.
  • Identify growth opportunities, including expanding into new geographic areas, customer segments, and distribution channels.
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as real estate agencies, property developers, and referral partners to stimulate business growth.
  • Continuously monitor and analyze the sales team’s performance against established KPIs and targets, addressing performance gaps with action plans.
  • Stay current with mortgage industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to equip the sales team with the knowledge and skills to effectively communicate mortgage products to clients.
  • Drive innovation in sales processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in reaching and engaging target audiences.
  • Develop and implement incentive programs to recognize and reward top-performing sales representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and achievement.
  • Collaborate with the product development team to provide valuable insights from the field, contributing to the enhancement and customization of mortgage products based on market demands.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to partners and stakeholders.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
