Required Qualifications: Masters / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institution.

Experience (Post qualification): Minimum 03 years of relevant experience of Branch Operations specifically in lending portfolio.

Age: (As of last date of submission of application) 40 years maximum.

Job Description:

Perform entire activities/functions of the post sanction/approval requirements

Completion of Legal documentation, execution of Financing agreement and security perfection

Perform entire activities of facility settlement, insurance claim processing, bullet/balloon payment.

Prepare timely and accurate reporting of various reports as required by the authorities. ? Maintain liaison with internal/external stakeholders for related activities.

Ensure timely resolution of customer queries/ complaints.

Ensure timely resolution of customer queries/ complaints.

Identify process improvements and suggest ideas for simplification and enhancement of customer experience.

Any other task as assigned by the higher authorities.

Adequate knowledge of relevant areas & industry dynamics ? Expertise in MS Office.
