Required Qualifications: Masters / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institution.
Experience (Post qualification): Minimum 03 years of relevant experience of Branch Operations specifically in lending portfolio.

Perform entire activities/functions of the post sanction/approval requirements
Completion of Legal documentation, execution of Financing agreement and security perfection
Perform entire activities of facility settlement, insurance claim processing, bullet/balloon payment.
Prepare timely and accurate reporting of various reports as required by the authorities.
Maintain liaison with internal/external stakeholders for related activities.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries/ complaints.
Ensure compliance of audit observations/ SBP & Commercial audit paras.
Identify process improvements and suggest ideas for simplification and enhancement of customer experience.
Any other task as assigned by the higher authorities.
