- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage industry, including lead generation and market research.
- Develop and implement a business development strategy and sales plan to achieve company objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as real estate agents, builders, financial institutions, and other referral sources.
- Collaborate with the Credit underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan origination process.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to the company.
