Required Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institution/program.
Experience (Post qualification): Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience. Preference will be given to candidates working in public sector with sound knowledge and experience of PPRA/EPADS.
Age (As of last date of submission of application): 45 years maximum
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Equipment, services, supplies etc. delivery through internal procurement process and in conformity to PPRA rules/EPADS.
- To ensure timely delivery through prioritizing following strategies, i.e., Procurement Policy, Procurement Manual, General & Specific Management, Demand & Supply Management, Spend Reporting, Category Sourcing & Innovation, Procurement Excellence and Contract Management, while ensuring compliance to users’ requirements for smooth business operations of the HBFC.
- To develop Annual Procurement Plan in line with requirements of various stakeholders across the HBFC, identify and mitigate risk that would impact the HBFC
- To coordinate and communicate with all internal / external stakeholders, including but not limited to various departments within the HBFC, vendors, and regulatory authorities, to ensure smooth operations.
- E2E invoice processing and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers
- Prepare relevant bidding documents to ensuring appropriate terms and conditions are included to protect the interests of the
- Monitoring and reviewing the progress of contractual agreements, review and process invoices for payments, resolve any problem that arises within.
- Manage procurement records/archives and ensures accuracy and integrity of confidential dossiers.
- Review supplier contract agreement drafts and liaison between departments for review of agreements till finalization.
- To perform any other assignment as assigned by the management
