Job Description:
- Oversee entire activities/functions of the branch.
- Achieve sales and recovery targets set by the Management.
- Review and finalize financing cases for the approval of Credit Committee (s).
- Research and analyze market conditions to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of various reports as required by the authorities.
- Maintain liaison with internal/external stakeholders for income estimation, property valuation, title clearance and other related activities.
- Ensure timely resolution of customer queries/ complaints.
- Ensure compliance of audit observations/ SBP & Commercial audit paras.
- Monitor timely lodgment and follow up of legal cases against loan defaulters.
- Identify need and propose training & development programs for the employees of branch.
- Evaluate performance of team members and provide feedback on regular basis.
- Any other task as assigned by the higher authorities.
