Overview:
This position will be responsible for overall Collections & Recoveries, Processes Compliance, Process the cases under Section-15 of FIRO, Data Analysis, Cleansing, Validation and Transformation using MSExcel and MS-Power BI.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Dashboard on Data Analytics Software.
Perform data cleansing, data validation and data transformation using Excel and Power BI.
Perform Data Analysis and Trend Analysis of the Portfolio.
Coordinate with Regional and Branch network to ensure the implementation of Business Intelligence.
Coordinate and assist Regional and Branch network to reduce delinquency and the recovery from nonperforming loans.
Implement FIO Ordinance and Rules 2018.
Issue notices to the defaulting customers.
Calls & filed visits to chronic customers for the recovery.
