Job Objectives:

Ensure smooth, secure and customer‑centric branch operations across a network of 51 branches. The role is responsible for supporting and monitoring day-to-day branch operations across all branches. This includes ensuring smooth branch functioning, implementation of standard processes, and coordination between branches and Head Office for operational matters.

Job Description:

  • Monitor branch operations and support service excellence across all levels.
  • Guide branches on operational procedures and resolve queries related to systems, policies, and regulatory matters; escalate complex issues to the Manager.
  • Assist in reviewing and improving operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce errors, and promote standardization across branches.
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification and suggest ideas to enhance the customer experience.
  • Ensure proper implementation of SOPs and promptly escalate any deviations or challenges.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Work closely with departments such as IT, Compliance, Credit, and Business to address branch-level operational matters.
  • Assist in conducting off-site reviews and on-site spot checks; report significant issues or breaches to the Manager.
  • Prepare reports on branch performance, operational issues, and suggested improvements.
  • Support the implementation of process enhancements and provide feedback based on branch-level observations.
  • Assist in mentoring and guiding branch operations staff to achieve operational goals and maintain service standards.
  • Help organize and deliver operational training under the supervision of the Manager.
