Job Description:
- Process employee advance and loan applications, verify documents, and maintain records.
- Collect payroll data, calculate DBR, and prepare cases for approval and audit.
- Coordinate with Accounts for disbursement and reconcile advance/loan data.
- Prepare reports and MIS for Accounts and SBP.
- Data preparation of all employees pertaining to advances onwards transmit to SBP.
- Handle Provident Fund (PF), Benevolent Fund (BF), and Social Welfare Fund (SWF) settlements, advances, and monthly grants.
- Prepare and issue cheques and maintain safe custody of PF/Pension investment instruments.
- Manage full and final settlements for ex-employees and maintain organized PF/BF files.
- Collect contributions, ensure timely bank deposits and reconciliations, and update beneficiary records.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and reporting.
