Job Title: Assistant Manager – HR Operations

Location: Karachi

Required Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC recognized University.

Job Description:

  • Process employee advance and loan applications, verify documents, and maintain records.
  • Collect payroll data, calculate DBR, and prepare cases for approval and audit.
  • Coordinate with Accounts for disbursement and reconcile advance/loan data.
  • Prepare reports and MIS for Accounts and SBP.
  • Data preparation of all employees pertaining to advances onwards transmit to SBP.
  • Handle Provident Fund (PF), Benevolent Fund (BF), and Social Welfare Fund (SWF) settlements, advances, and monthly grants.
  • Prepare and issue cheques and maintain safe custody of PF/Pension investment instruments.
  • Manage full and final settlements for ex-employees and maintain organized PF/BF files.
  • Collect contributions, ensure timely bank deposits and reconciliations, and update beneficiary records.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and reporting.

Competencies:

  • Basic knowledge of accounts and payroll
  • MS Excel skills
  • Good coordination and communication skills
