Job Title: Assistant Manager – Credit Processing Unit

Location: Karachi

Required Qualifications: Masters / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institution.

 

Experience: (Post qualification):

Minimum 03-years’ relevant experience.

Details:

Job Description:

  • Review credit applications to ensure they are processed in line with the company’s approved credit policies and guidelines.
  • Ensure all mandatory documents are complete and properly attached.
  • Verify that KYC and related information is correctly entered in the system and matches the supporting documents.
  • Review Income Estimation, Property Valuation, Site Inspection and Legal Opinion reports as per prescribed SOPs/guidelines.
  • Check LTV, Debt Burden Ratio (DBR) and Credit Sanction Advice (CSA) calculations in accordance with Credit Policy/ Prudential Regulations.
  • Identify discrepancies, deficiencies or policy deviations and advise the concerned branch for correction or obtaining necessary approvals / waivers.
  • Generate and review credit reports including DataCheck, eCIB and NADRA Verisys.

Competencies:

  • Sound knowledge of SBP Housing Prudential Regulations
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes and credit risk fundamentals.
  • Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Strong research writing, analytical & decision-making skills.
