Job Title: Manager Corporate Communication

Location: Karachi

Required Qualifications: Masters / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Marketing, Corporate/Mass Communications, Business Administration, Public Administration, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institution.

Experience (Post qualification):

Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in the financial sector.

Age (As of last date of submission of application)

45 years maximum.

Job Description:

  • Play an active part in the creation of marketing strategies in order to enable the cultivation & enhancement of strong and meaningful relationships with the target audience & key media outlets.
  • Align brand perception with brand identity of the organization & ensuring brand guidelines are diligently followed across organization.
  • Manage and supervise ATL & BTL activities of HBFC in coordination with advertising agencies.
  • Devise Annual Advertising & Publicity budget in consideration and in-line with business objectives.
  • Prioritize media opportunities, making necessary coordination in organizing and preparing presentations, speeches, talking points, and other external media relations materials.
  • Actively engage, cultivate and manage press relationships that ensure the coverage of business’s events, products, public announcements, etc.
  • Coordinate with the Press Information Department (PID) for release of regular advertisements and print campaigns.
  • Responsible for non-paid communication such as press releases, articles, clarifications & rebuttals, press events.
  • Hands-on role in producing a broad range of internal employee communications for multiple mediums, including electronic, print, video, and face-to-face communications including but not limited to announcements, talking points, intranet site content, presentations etc.
  • Organize and manage internal company events, including town halls.

Competencies:

  • Proficient in internal/external communications, media relations, stakeholder management, with experience handling sensitive information and complex communications.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Expertise in managing social media platforms, digital communication tools, and media relations.
  • A creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
