Job Title: Manager – Credit Administration Department

Location: Islamabad

Required Qualifications: Masters / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institution.

Experience: (Post qualification):

Minimum 05-years’ relevant experience.

Age: (as of last date of submission of application)

45 maximum.

Details:

Job Description:

  • Preparation of Facility Offer Letter specifying all the terms & conditions of the approval along with legal/security documents to be completed before disbursement
  • Ensure completeness of legal / security documentation as per law of the land and applicable policies & procedures.
  • Ensure the timely issuance of the “Disbursement Authorization Certificate” (DAC) upon completion of all required pre-disbursement formalities.
  • Maintaining MIS of the documents and to follow-up the branches for completion of securitization
  • Fulfillment of deferred documentation / conditions within agreed timelines.
  • Safe keeping of legal / security documentation.
  • Updating the database management system for managing a document record
  • Release of security documents upon fulfillment of requisite terms & conditions.

Competencies:

  • Sound knowledge of SBP Housing Prudential Regulations
  • Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes and credit risk fundamentals.
  • Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Strong research writing, analytical & decision-making skills.
  • Relationship/Team management skills
