Job Description:
- Preparation of Facility Offer Letter specifying all the terms & conditions of the approval along with legal/security documents to be completed before disbursement
- Ensure completeness of legal / security documentation as per law of the land and applicable policies & procedures.
- Ensure the timely issuance of the “Disbursement Authorization Certificate” (DAC) upon completion of all required pre-disbursement formalities.
- Maintaining MIS of the documents and to follow-up the branches for completion of securitization
- Fulfillment of deferred documentation / conditions within agreed timelines.
- Safe keeping of legal / security documentation.
- Updating the database management system for managing a document record
- Release of security documents upon fulfillment of requisite terms & conditions.
Competencies:
- Sound knowledge of SBP Housing Prudential Regulations
- Strong understanding of mortgage products, processes and credit risk fundamentals.
