Job Description:
- Assist in managing Performance Management System (PMS).
- Assist in recruitment processes and recruitment drives as per departmental needs.
- Support in arranging training and development programs.
- Assist in identification and placement of interns as per departmental needs.
- Assist in processing of transfer requests.
- Help prepare and maintain monthly HRIS reports.
- Ensure timely provision of HR-related information to internal and external stakeholders.
