Assistant Manager/Manager– Facilities Management

Job Title: Assistant Manager/Manager– Facilities Management

Location: Karachi

Required Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC recognized university/program

Experience: (as of last date of submission of application)

Minimum 10 years relevant experience (Post Qualification) 

Age: 45 maximum.

  • Space management

  • To prepare budget estimate for the maintenance related activities
  • Fixed Assets Register Management
  • Manage HSE
  • Manage Access and Security
  • Coordinate with internal customers/users and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Fleet Management and Travel Desk Management
  • Managing inventory of Stationary, Store etc.
  • To perform any other assignment as assigned by the management
