Required Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC
Experience (Post qualification): Minimum 05 years of relevant experience
Age (As of last date of submission of application): 45 years maximum

Lead market analysis using tools like SOCs Market Survey, guiding strategic decisions and identifying trends in the mortgage industry.
Lead the development of innovative mortgage products, focusing on Solar panel financing, Green financing, and SBP Subsidiary schemes to keep our offerings cutting-edge.
Meticulously refine product eligibility criteria based on industry benchmarks and evolving customer demands, ensuring competitive and tailored mortgage products.
Champion Digital Transformation in Financial Services within the mortgage division, promoting innovative technologies for enhanced customer experience and streamlined processes.
