Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including HR administration, payroll, pension, benefits, compliance, and employee relations.
Ensure HR processes are streamlined, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Manage HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and timely data management.
Implement and optimize HR technology solutions to enhance HR service delivery and data analytics.
Oversee HR data integrity, reporting, and analytics to support decision
Participate in strategic planning and provide insights on HR trends and best practices
Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
Execute full and final settlement cases of ex-employees
Monitoring all matters related to PF/BF & Social Welfare Fund Account
Oversee internal HR audits and compliance reviews
