Job Overview: This position will be responsible for generation of business through multiple channels, along with maintaining relationships with clients.
Experience (Post qualification): Minimum 05-years’ experience in business development role.
Age: (as of last date of submission of application) 40 maximum.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the mortgage industry, including lead generation and market research
Develop and implement a business development strategy and sales plan to achieve company objectives.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as real estate agents, builders, financial institutions, and other referral sources.
Collaborate with the Credit underwriting and processing teams to ensure a smooth and efficient loan origination process.
Stay current on industry trends, regulatory changes, and market conditions to provide informed recommendations to the company.
Good communication, presentation & interpersonal skills
