Job Title: Assistant Manager – Regional Operations Manager

Location: Lahore

Required Qualifications: Master’s or Bachelor’s Degree (equivalent to 16 years of education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related field from HEC recognized university/program.

Experience (as of last date of submission of application):
Minimum 03-years’ relevant experience (Post qualification).

Age: (as of last date of submission of application)
40 years maximum.

Job Description:

  • Oversee day-to-day Operations of all branches in the region, ensuring compliance of company policies and standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to branch, fostering Operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Monitor branch Operational performance metrics, including post loan disbursement activities and customer service.
  • Take part in skills enhancement of Operations teams for all tasks performed at Branch and Regional Level and transfer the required skills in order to ensure Operational Efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Branch to regularly assess the Operational Staff and identify their training needs and requirements.
  • Ensure the implementation and Compliance of Operations SOP in branches.
  • Identify the discrepancies and ensure their resolution within the specified TAT.
  • Ensure that branches are ready to undertake Audit, Inspections or Internal Control missions relating to Operations at any point of time.
  • Assist Branch Manager in Compliance of Audit Observations and closing the gaps related to operational task as identified by Audit.
  • Participate in the periodic review of the Operational processes/ SOPs / policies.
  • Ensure the communication/training of teams with relation to circulation/revision in Operational processes/ SOPs / policies
  • Act as the focal point for resolution of branch queries relating to Operational processes.
  • Gather the issues and need of support from branches and coordinate with Head Office Departments for their resolution.
  • Perform any other task/ responsibility assigned by Head Operations.
