Job Description:
- Identify and engage potential business partners for MOU signings & foster relationships with reputed
groups and companies to enhance business collaborations. - Generate business from existing and new corporate entities
- Monitor and track progress toward regional business targets including retail & corporate segments
Oversee and analyze the daily sales activities of Business Development Officers (BDOs) & provide feedback
and guidance for performance improvement. - Collaborate with branches to execute marketing and product awareness activities.
- Conduct thorough evaluations/research of target markets in the vicinity of branches.
- Liaise with the credit department at the Head Office level to monitor credit applications & ensure timely
processing of credit applications and adherence to approval, decline, or deferral decisions. - Evaluate and process eligible investment cases for approval, especially for deviations in construction
periods and stage relaxations. - Generate periodic management reports summarizing key performance indicators and business
development metrics. - Implement sales strategies to enhance business volume
- Preparation of variance reports viz a viz sales performance
- Preparation of Regional sales / Disbursement projected figures and ensure its achievement.
- Evaluation of all types of Deviation Approval Cases as per Policy and Forward to Regional Head for Approval
from Competent Authority. - Validating the files received to Regional Head for 2nd signatory
- Conducting Trainings.
