Required Qualifications: Masters / Bachelor’s degree (16 years of equivalent education) in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Economics, Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field from HEC recognized institution.
Experience (Post qualification):
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

35 years maximum
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise sales team performance including Branch Managers (BMs) and Business Development Officers (BDOs) against assigned KPIs
- Preparation & dissemination of daily sales performance reports for real-time updates
- Manage daily tracking of cases registration, sanctioning & disbursement
- Responding to credit & risk related queries for quick approvals
- Responding to audit (internal, external & commercial), compliance & ICFR queries
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Collaborate w.r.t IT related issues, upgrades and Change Request Form (CRF)/Business Requirement Document (BRD)
- Preparation & contribution to executive presentations
