Mr. Sultan brings with him over 25 years of uniquely diversified experience of working in a Central Bank (State Bank of Pakistan), a Public Sector Development Financial Institution and one of the largest Commercial Banks of the country.

He started his career with Citi Bank Pakistan but soon moved to SBP where he worked in all the Core Banking Departments including Banking Supervision, Banking Policy & Regulations and Banking Inspection. Subsequently he developed and lead the Group Compliance function of one of the leading DFIs of Pakistan (Pak Brunei Investment Company) and its three subsidiary Asset Management, Leasing and Modaraba Management Companies. Before joining HBFC, Mr. Sultan was heading SBP & LEAs Coordination Function in the Compliance & Controls Group of MCB Bank which is one of the largest Commercial Banks of Pakistan. He holds a Masters in Business Administration from IBA Karachi with specialization in Finance.
