Mr. Shehzad Naqvi has more than 30 years of experience in financial services. He has spent 18 years in a CEO or Regional Head role primarily with ABN AMRO Bank and CITIBANK. He has worked in Pakistan, Singapore, UAE and UK and has been responsible for business in North Asia, South Asia and the Middle East. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics.

Mr. Imran Ahad joined House Building Finance Company Limited as the Manging Director and Chief Exexcutive Officer on April 19, 2021. He has been appointed by the Federal Government for a term of three years.
Mr. Imran is a seasoned banker with over 30 years of diverse experience in both domestic and international markets. He has an established track record of successfully leading multiple business functions including corporate finance, global markets, and corporate & institutional banking. In his previous roles, he has served in leadership positions with Standard Chartered Bank in UAE, Pakistan, Bahrain and Saudi Arabia. He also headed the Wholesale Banking function for NIB Bank in Pakistan. Mr. Ahad has a proven track record of strategic business development and building highly focused and success-driven teams. He has also served as a nominee director on the boards of PICIC Asset Management Company, Standard Chartered Leasing and Standard Chartered Modaraba.

ADNAN ASDAR ALI — (TAMGHA-E-IMTIAZ)
All after his early education in Karachi went to United States of America to pursue a degree of BSc in Civil Engineering at the University of Wisconsin and MSc in Forensic Engineering at the University of Minnesota After working as a forensic engineer in the US for few years. He returned to Pakistan in 1985 to start his own project management company, AAA Partnership. In 2002 he co-founded and is currently the Chief Executive Officer & Executive Director of Multinet Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited. Multinet is the foremost independent brand in the telecom industry, having laid over 15,000 km of fiber optic infrastructure nationwide serving both blue chip, domestic and global clients.
Mr. Asdar's devotion to operational excellence, project management and continuous process re-engineering has built a skilled team of over 3,000 employees in companies that he owns, who are dedicated to embrace the challenges of a dynamic work environment. His 35 years of progressively diverse experience in the discipline of forensic engineering, construction management and IT/Telecoms remain a footnote.
His true passion and dedication stems from the rehabilitation, construction and philanthropic initiatives where he has bred in underserved areas of Education, Disaster Management. Healthcare, Affordable housing and the built Environment. In this context, he is affiliated with several major organizations that serve the marginalized and under-served members of the population at large. As a founding trustee, as a director or member of the boards he is affiliated with i.e. The Citizens Foundation, The Hunar Foundation, The Indus Hospital and Health Network, Karachi Relief Trust. Progressive Educational Network, and Sabaq Learning Foundation. He is currently a member of the board at the Indus Valley School of Art and Architecture, The Lyceum School, Searle Pakistan, Omer Jibran Engineering Industries, National Skills University, NAVTEC and MyWater.
Mr. Adnan Asdar led the rehabilitation of over 250 burnt and destroyed houses and shops after communal riots in Orangi Town in 1985/86. The same year he helped with the construction of emergency ward in Civil hospital Karachi. Mr. Asdar also arranged for reconstruction and rehabilitation of families and houses after Ojhri Camp disaster in 1988.In 2005 earthquake in Kashmir and KPK Mr. Asdar was in the forefront ,of reconstruction of 6000 single units, 2,500 double unit houses and 17 schools in a large number of villages. During flash floods that occurred in Pakistan in midst of 2000 which effected 2.5 million people, Mr. Asdar managed the reconstruction and rehabilitation of hundreds of houses in the aftermath for the people.
He is also the recipient of Tamgha-e-lmtiaz in the field of public service and philanthropic activities.

Ms. Faiza Kapadia Raffay is the Company Secretary and Head of Legal & Corporate Governance at The Hub Power Company Limited (HUBCO). Prior to joining Hubco, Faiza has provided in house corporate legal advisory and has extensive experience in legal matters pertaining to banking, fertilizer, energy and tobacco sectors, civil and corporate law. She has also served as company secretary in two public listed companies, Sui Southern Gas Company Limited and Philip Morris Pakistan Limited and ensured compliance of all governance requirements as per SECP and PSX listing regulations. She began her career as an Associate lawyer at Liaquat Merchant Associates where she provided corporate advisory to a variety of clients.
Furthermore, she has also been associated with Engro Chemicals, Citibank, Pak Brunei Investment Company Limited and United Bank Limited.
Faiza has over 25 years of experience in corporate and legal affairs. She graduated with a distinction in L.L.B from S.M. Law College and is a certified director by the Pakistan Institute of Corporate Governance.
