Selected HBFC Branches are now open six days a week
In line with the institution’s efforts to make services more convenient and accessible for customers, it has been decided that selected HBFC branches shall remain OPEN for customers on Saturday from 09:00 AM to 03:00 PM.
The branches will perform all activities related to Sales & Recovery, including but not limited to the following:
- Sales Activities
- Sales pitch to the potential customers
- Visiting various sites like property, current residence, office/business place etc.
- Keeping liaison with internal/external resources for title clearance, income estimation, property valuation, medical examination etc.
- Making contacts with customers for completion of documents
- Registration and processing of proposals
- Recovery Activities
- Insurance Claims Lodgment
- Account settlement activities
- Dispatch of account statement(s) and closing letters to the customers
- Handing over of original property documents to the customer/legal heir (only for Central and North Region)
